I designed this 3D printed Kickstand turned SD Card grill cover which functions as:
- MicroSD Card cover and doesn't flap open during use to protect the SD card
- Allows more airflow to cool the MicroSD card slot after during a aluminium back cover+thermal pad mod to use the back of the Switch as a heat sink. So I don't need to open the kickstand during more demanding Switch games (with an overclock applied) to prevent heat from being trapped underneath. The CPU+GPU SOC is just underneath and to the side of the MicroSD Card slot so that area can get pretty warm.

I used 100% Infill using PETG with the best resolution you can get.
Why PETG? During stress testing, the maximum temps be achieved is 69.9 degree Celsius before it shutdown so I used PETG for higher temperature resistance. It is cheaper than ABS and doesn't smell.
This is designed to fit the stock Kickstand holder bracket. For my case, I had some limitations for the resolution, so I had to file down the knobs so it can fit into the
